If a learner is unable to attend a scheduled class or live training session, Wandaprep Academy may reassign the student to a future batch of the same program, depending on availability.
- Requests for rescheduling must be submitted in writing to info@wandeprepacademy.com no later than 5 days before the scheduled class or session.

Extraordinary Circumstances:
In rare cases of severe emergencies (such as major illness or unforeseen personal hardship), students may request reassignment.
- Documentation supporting the claim may be required.
